The Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Personal information is any information that identifies you (such as name, address, e-mail address, etc.). Mohorko Marija, S. P. does not collect your personal information unless you specifically allow it – except in cases where you provide information to us (in case of participating in sweepstakes, registration for commenting, commenting on FB or Instagram pages) and therefore consent to their use in the examples listed below.
Rules for Use and Storage of Cookies (HTTP-Cookies)

P., which uses the latest technical and organisational security measures to keep your personal data secure.
We shall store your data for 5 years, with the exception of those data for which the applicable regulations set a longer retention period. Your data for direct marketing purposes on the basis of legitimate interest is retained for 5 years from the expiry of the contractual relationship, customer data 5 years from their acquisition, with the exception of data subject to a longer period. However, if you consent to the use of data for a longer period than the prescribed deadline, we shall keep the data until your cancellation.
